Meticulous work with microphones and the search for intimate sounds, imperceptible to the ear, form the starting point for this piece, which draws inspiration from the poetic world of Jean Genet. After reading his book Notre-Dame-des-Fleurs, composer Timothée Quost conceived a piece in six chapters for seven wind instruments connected to microphones, with a sound engineer integrated into the group, interacting with the musicians and conductor Léo Margue. In this new album, several moments of sound editing are incorporated into the recording.
