This was not Brantley Gilbert's first time to our neck of the woods. In fact, he played right up the road at Tags Summer Stage back in 2021. So he knows "how we do it round here, and he thinks we sure do it right." So pulling into our one stop light town of Troy, PA he knew exactly what he was getting into. Lucky for us, he brought a superstar crew to absolutely melt our faces off.
Brantley's set was packed with hits like: Kick It In The Sticks, You Don't Know Her Like I Do, Dirt Road Anthem, and even some tracks off the new album (which JUST dropped last week). The stage was set with multiple tubes that set the stage ablaze throught the set. Fans could feel that fire into the thrid and forth rows that night. What impresses us everytime we see Brantley is his band! He brings in some true rockers like- Noah Henson from Christian rock band, Pillar! These guys really kick it up a notch- and that is obvious once they get to the mashup towards the end of the set that mashes acts like: Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Rage Against The Machine and more, truly one of the best mashups we have heard. Gilbert has an out-of-this-world live show, bringing his bands' rocking high energy to his southern draw country storytelling, making for a truly unique live experience.
