Shipping policy

Due to Covid-19, some shipping estimations may be delayed slightly. Order processing time is typically 1-5 business days after an order is placed. An order can take up to 2-7 business days in transit to reach you. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not business days. If an item does not regularly ship out within 7 business days, this information will be advertised on the item page stating the expected shipment lead time. Orders that include in-stock and pre-order items will always ship out when the last item is available as we only charge for shipping one time. Shipping times may be slightly longer during peak holiday times. Shipping charges will show at the time of checkout with no surprise fees. All orders will be considered completed upon tracking information indicating delivery to the intended recipient(s). In-stock items are typically items that are on our shelves in our physical store, and thus, items may not be in mint condition. We offer free in-store pickup. You can select this at checkout, or if an item does NOT offer any shipping options, this item is an in-store pickup item only. We do not offer exchanges or discounts on in-stock items that may show general shelf wear. All orders will ship when the last item in the order is in stock- we will not ship out your order in separate pieces.
