A NEW VOICE. A NEW CHAPTER. THE SAME UNCOMPROMISING ROCK 'N' ROLL SPIRIT.
To celebrate the announcement, SKID ROW have unleashed a powerful new recording of the classic THE WHO anthem "Won't Get Fooled Again," accompanied by an electrifying new music video.
The track serves as both an introduction to SKID ROW's new frontman Sargent and a bold statement of intent as the band looks toward the future.
Produced and recorded by Grammy Award-winning producer Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Rush, Halestorm, Alice In Chains), the recording reunites SKID ROW with the acclaimed producer behind the band's 2022 studio album, The Gang's All Here.
With its explosive energy, unmistakable riffs, and powerhouse vocals, SKID ROW's interpretation of "Won't Get Fooled Again" pays tribute to one of rock's most influential bands while bringing the group's own signature intensity to the timeless anthem.
"'Won't Get Fooled Again' is one of those songs that no matter how many times you hear it on the radio you always turn it up and listen. Anything by The Who is top shelf in my book, but 'Won’t Get Fooled Again' is an anthem of generations." — Scotti Hill
"'Won't Get Fooled Again' isn't just about making noise — it's about setting a standard and making a statement: two rock 'n' roll elements The Who helped write the book on. Standing on the shoulders of these giants is the ultimate launchpad to signal a loud, unapologetic new era for us!" — Rob Hammersmith
The accompanying music video was directed by acclaimed filmmaker Dale "Rage" Resteghini (Five Finger Death Punch, Guns N' Roses, Alter Bridge). Known for capturing visceral performances and creating striking, high-impact visuals, Resteghini delivers a video showcasing the energy, chemistry, and excitement of SKID ROW's new lineup.
"Won't Get Fooled Again" will also be released as a limited, hand-signed 7" single. Pre-orders start today. The single is strictly limited to 500 copies worldwide.
