Originally released in the spring of 2019 this was the bands 6th studio release and the first they recorded for their own label 3DOT Recording. Metal Injection gave the record a 10 out of 10 review claiming "You are not ready for Periphery IV. You probably think you are, but you are wrong. Not even one single part of you or your existence is currently prepared for what you're going to experience"
