PREORDER: John Zorn - Fantasias [CD]

Fantasias is the fifth CD in Zorn's ongoing series of compositions scored for piano trio inspired by classical forms. The music is lyrical, harmonically complex, unpredictable, and filled with a lush Romantic sweep. Featuring some of the most telepathic interaction the trio has yet achieved, Fantasias is a dramatic new installment to this acclaimed series of piano trio recordings that push these three master musicians into mysterious new directions.
