PREORDER: Teenage Wrist - A Different Shine EP [Clear Red]

Teenage Wrist return with A Different Shine, a three-track EP that finds the LA duo pushing their fuzzed-out blend of shoegaze, grunge, and space rock into new territory. Working with producer Ken Andrews (Failure), Marshall Gallagher and Anthony Salazar tap into the hazy, heavy magic of '90s alternative while keeping their sound fresh and emotionally raw. Lead track 'Twist My Tongue' pairs Gallagher's yearning vocals with a swirling wall of guitars, balancing dreamy introspection with crushing distortion. Following 2023's Still Love, this is Teenage Wrist at their most immersive, with a U.S. tour kicking off in January 2027.
